Oncore uses the level of project management required for a project to produce our clients required outcome in the most time efficient and cost effective manner. To achieve this goal we use many of the industry standard tools such as project scheduling software.
In addition, Oncore subscribes to an industry leading Web server based software, Corecon, which provides us and our clients with real time project reporting. This system is fully integrated with our accounting and labour record keeping and can produce customized project reporting to meet our most demanding clients' needs for accurate time and cost reporting.
